Jeff White - Chief Technical Analyst

I'm Jeff White and I'm the founder and Chief Technical Analyst of TheStockBandit.com.  I've been trading the market for 10 years now with extensive experience in both stocks and options.  My trading style has gradually evolved over the years, which is a necessity in the markets.  This service is designed to produce big winning stocks for your trading, as well as teach you what to look for in a good trade by applying technical analysis of chart patterns.

I've made thousands of trades, subscribed to newsletters, read countless books on trading the markets, and have had trading ups and downs of my own!  Once I learned to think for myself, my trading went to a whole new level.  The combination of these efforts has allowed me to trade full-time for several years with a consistent record of profitability month after month, with no account drawdown worse than 8% from account highs.

My own account has continued to grow during all kinds of market conditions over the past several years as a result of my trading style.  I produced profits for my account during the roaring bull market (along with everyone else), as well as during the ugly bear market that followed which washed out so many traders, and in the range-bound markets we have seen since.  My method is based on finding and trading the best technical setups in stocks, whether by going long or short selling, while keeping close tabs on general market conditions which are bound to impact individual stocks.  I trade the stocks which are set to make the best moves in the shortest amount of time.

By studying chart patterns and price fluctuations of individual stocks and the major market indexes for literally thousands of hours over the years, I recognize quality chart patterns when I see them.  These are the same kinds of setups that produced consistent profits for me under all market conditions.  They are the stocks on my radar to trade, and you can find them night after night in my stock newsletter.  Not every stock I highlight becomes a winning trade, but they all have a good risk/reward profile which will keep losses small if the stock reverses.  Better yet, the winners often make explosive moves and provide windfall profits quickly!


It is my belief that these patterns, accompanied by the proper market direction, adequate volume (liquidity), and sector sympathy can be exploited to the benefit of the astute trader if he strictly adheres to his discipline and is nimble in his approach.  I also enjoy communicating with traders through my Trading Blog.
